These photos were taken while snorkeling in Akumal Bay in Mexico, with many right in front of the Akumal Beach Resort. Almost all were from snorkeling, with only a handfull taken during a couple scuba dives. You'll be able to tell the diving pictures by the deeper blues and less light.
If you are in Akumal bay and want to find the turtles, just head to the area where the Parasail boat keeps moored. (They'll have a kayak in it's place when the boat is out.)
